Yes, you certainly can! You can find that option on our mobile app under request. There, you will be able to select the desired address and see available scooters, price estimates, and time of arrival.

No. The scooter will automatically engage manual mode in order for you to ride it. After you are done with your ride, the scooter will again engage remote mode and will drive back to us.
